After <br /> acknowledgement of issue, Highland Mapping will make all attempts to <br /> resolve the problem in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in <br /> immediate termination of contract. <br /> • Orange County must provide remote access to requisite servers. <br /> • Invoices to be issued monthly based on hours accrued. <br /> Pricing: <br /> 90 hours of annual support $13,500.00 ($150.00/hour) <br /> • Rates beyond 90 hours: <br /> • $150.00/hour for remote work <br /> 0 $150.00/hour plus expenses ($75 /day) for on-site work <br />
