Outside Agencies/Human Services <br /> <br />Program information P a g e 30 o f 55 <br />Ac tual Results <br />(Outcome) <br />Ending FY19-20 <br />100% or 124 Club Nova members had access to our <br />TE and SE services. 39 members returned to paid <br />employment through these supports. These services <br />led to the following outcomes: <br />• Increased financial stability & independence <br />• Increased self-esteem <br />• Reduced community stigma against mental illness <br />• Increased member civic engagement <br />Five positions are on hold during the pandemic, four <br />transitional employment and one independent <br />employment. <br />Due to COVID-19, we have four transitional <br />employment placements on hold and one independent <br />employment position on hold. <br />Projected Results <br />(Outcome) <br />Ending FY2021 <br />100% or 117 Club Nova members will have access to <br />our TE and SE services. An estimated 42 members will <br />return to paid employment through these supports. <br />These services will lead to the following outcomes: <br />•Increased financial stability & independence <br />•Increased self-esteem <br />•Reduced community stigma against mental illness <br />•Increased member civic engagement <br />Projected Results <br />(Outcome) <br />Ending FY2022 <br />100% or 128 Club Nova members will have access to <br />our TE and SE services.
