Staff maintains <br />vehicles. <br />• Maintain logs in each vehicle to track ridership and <br />mileage for all trips <br />• Maintain vehicle logs, tracking overall mileage and <br />gas expenditures <br />• Document certification of all trainings received by <br />drivers (in CPR, AED, 1st Aid, Blood Borne <br />Pathogens, etc.) <br />• Maintain log of social and community events attended <br />by Club Nova members through Club Nova <br />transportation <br />Actual Results <br />(Outcome) <br />Ending FY19-20 <br />100% or 124 of our members had access to <br />transportation to shopping, medical appointments, <br />social events, community activism, work-related tasks, <br />and Clubhouse promotional events throughout the <br />year. We closed our facility on March 14, 2020 due to <br />COVID-19 but continued to provide transportation to <br />and from appointments as needed. During the fiscal <br />year 2019-2020, we provided approximately 14,710 <br />miles. The mileage includes 6.5 months of normal <br />operation and 5.5 months of remote access due to the <br />pandemic.
