<br />Program information P a g e 14 o f 55 <br />Club Nova strives to pay our employees the living wage rate. All our full -time <br />employees are paid above the living wage. Additionally, Club Nova provides <br />excellent health insurance coverage for full-time employees with Club Nova paying <br />70% of the premium and employees paying 30%. <br />We have four transportation positions that are .25 FTE (~10 hours per week) that <br />are currently furloughed. The rates of pay have been $12.00 and $13.63. These rates <br />of pay fall short of the living wage.
