Bringing a mishmash of existing disheveled parking areas (gravel, <br />dirt, and pavement) into an efficient set of lots while allowing for future utility <br />extensions and tractor trailer movements through a heavily congested area. <br />NC Department of Revenue Bldg, Elizabeth City NC: A 6000sf office building <br />development with associated infrastructure on a very small sight while still <br />providing tractor trailer access. <br />Campbell Pointe Phase 1, 2, 3 – Harnett County (Buies Creek) NC: Project <br />Engineer for a 117-unit luxury townhome development adjacent to Campbell <br />University. Designed in such a way that the rear phases could still be accessed and <br />built after Phase 1 was occupied with no construction interference.
