Engineering Surveying Environmental Services <br />Draper Aden Associates <br />Section Two <br />Experience <br />8 <br />• Evaluation of expansion options, including the re-routing of Rooty Branch <br />• Design and implementation of a bentonite groundwater barrier and collection system along Rooty <br />Branch and portions of Allen’s Branch <br />• Design, permitting and construction phase services for the Subtitle D Expansion Area <br />• Permit modification for Phases 2-4 of the Expansion Area <br />• Assistance with the cap modification for Phases 2-4 of the Expansion Area <br />• Final closure design <br />• Design, permitting, and construction phase assistance of a solid waste transfer station at the SRLF site <br />• Design, permitting, and construction phase assistance with a recycling center at Quiocassin and Shane <br />Road <br />• Annual Life Expectancy Evaluations <br />Construction and CQA Services <br />Henrico County utilizes its internal construction services team to provide daily inspection services for all of its <br />construction projects. Draper Aden Associates has, however, provided materials testing and CQA services for <br />several construction projects, including: <br />• Lined cell development at landfill #2 <br />• Lined cell development (Phases 1 and 2) of current SRSL <br />• Landfill gas system expansion <br />• Landfill gas active remediation system <br />• Bentonite slurry wall installation <br />Landfill Gas Services <br />Henrico County generates revenue from an agreement with <br />a landfill gas (LFG)-to-energy vendor, Ingenco. Draper Aden <br />Associates maintains and optimizes the LFG wellfield to <br />maximize these resources.
