Work shall include interior demolition of interior partitions and architectural finishes, new interior <br /> partitions, new architectural finishes,and subsequent plumbing, mechanical, electrical and fire protection <br /> relocation work to support the new interior layout. HH Architecture will be the overall leader of the <br /> project <br /> Construction Documentation: <br /> • Based on an approved schematic plan HH Architecture and consulting PME engineer to prepare <br /> complete working drawings that detail the requirements for construction. <br /> • Drawings and specifications to define the scope and character of the project and describe <br /> architectural and engineered systems. <br /> • Develop and specify finish selections for entire floor <br /> • Coordinate architectural and engineering drawings. <br /> • Provide CAD files for owner and furniture vendor as needed. <br /> • Provide code summary and compliance. <br /> Page 1 of 4 <br />
