Noverribi, 2001 <br />3. A Certificate of Occupancy must be issued by the Orange County <br />Inspections Division following the necessary inspections of all structures <br />for federal and Code compliance. <br />A Certificate of Occupancy was issued by the Orange County Inspections <br />Division on August 23, 1996. <br />This Special Use Penult will expire and become null and void on the sixty-first <br />)61) day after it is issued unless conditions 1, 2, and 3 above are met. <br />The applicant received an extension to the 60day provision listed above in <br />order to comply with the provisions of the Special Use Permit. <br />The Special Use Permit is subject to the following additional conditions: <br />1. The final site plan and narrative of the project incorporating all changes, <br />deletions, and additions to the project are included herein and made a pan <br />of the Class A Special Use'Permlt. A copy of the final site plan and <br />narrative are on file with the Orange County Planning and Inspections <br />Department. <br />Orange County Inspections Division inspected the site on November 2, <br />2001 and found an-permitted construction of additional buildings and <br />electrical wiring that will require permits and inspections to insure <br />compliance with all applicable codas. <br />Ms. Baldwin walked the property with the staff and understands that she <br />will be required to make an application to obtain all necessary permits if <br />the new buildings are approved as a site plan amendment of an amended <br />Special Use Permit, Class A. <br />The construction of said un-permitted structure and consumption <br />was not reflected on the approved site plan and narrative and is not <br />in compliance with the provislons of Me current Special Use permit, <br />Class A. <br />2. The landscaping described in the approved site plan and approved <br />narrative shall be compiled whh. showing existing and proposed trees and <br />other vegetation serving as a buffer on all sides. No trees will be cut down <br />along Baldwin Road except at the location of the driveway as specified in <br />the landscaping plan. All trees and other vegetation not removed as <br />provided In the approved site plan and approved narrative shall be <br />protected and maintained as required by fvlicle 12 of the Orange County <br />Zoning Ordinance. <br />1o
