There is a Special Use Permit, Class A originally approved by Board of County <br />Commissioners on February 12, 1996 in effect on the property now. The 1996 <br />approved permit, by hindrance guidelines, is valid for six (8) years and will expire on <br />February 12, 2002. The Special Use Permit may be renewed by the Board of <br />Commissioners after receiving a report from the Planning Department that the use is, <br />and has been continuously-since it was issued, in compliance with the previsions of the <br />Special Use Permit The Special Use Permit, Class A was recorded on August 23, <br />1996 at Book 15D3, Page 367. <br />Proper Owner: Laura G.
