We propose to furnish and install an extension of the existing Siemens building automation system per the plans <br />and specs provided. <br />2. System engineering, installation, start-up, check-out, and documentation per project requirements. <br />3. Provide graphics for all controlled equipment on the existing Insight Workstation. Siemens includes a graphical <br />representation of each major equipment and associated floor plan. <br />4. Assistance with the demolition of the existing controls. Pneumatic tubing will be capped at mains and <br />disconnected tubing will be removed. <br />5. Electrical control and interlock wiring and labor of installation for HVAC controls. Installation and wiring to include <br />the following: <br />o All control wiring. Open cable in concealed accessible areas. EMT conduit in all other locations. <br />o Field mounting of all other control devices <br />o Field level communication trunk and 24V power for all floor level controllers. <br />6. Siemens to provide all controllers, devices and programming to control the following equipment per the sequences <br />of operation: <br />o Health Department (Whitted Building) <br />§ (1) New Terminal Box w/ Siemens controller <br />§ TAB Assistance and Graphics Update as needed <br />o Criminal Justice Center <br />§ Relocate (1) Thermostat <br />§ TAB Assistance and Graphics Update as needed <br />o Court Street Annex <br />§ TAB Assistance and Graphics Update as needed <br />o Justice Facility First Floor <br />§ TAB Assistance and Graphics Update as needed <br />7. All instrumentation to be Siemens standard products. <br />8. Labor to support Test & Balance contractor. <br />9. All work to be completed during normal business hours. <br />10. One-year warranty. <br /> <br />Excludes <br />1. Plumbing wiring. <br />2. Providing or installing control dampers. <br />3. Providing or installing VFDs. <br />4. Providing or installing starters or disconnects. <br />5. Load or Line side power wiring. (by Div. 26) <br />6. 120V power to DDC field panels. (by Div.26) <br />7. Providing or installing fire/smoke or smoke/isolation dampers. <br />8. Providing, installing or monitoring of fire dampers. <br />9. Any wells, taps or installation of valves in piping. <br />10. Duct and pipe thermometers and pressure gauges. <br />11. Commissioning or commissioning agent support. <br />12. Performance or Payment bonds. <br />13. OCIP/CCIP cost credits. <br />14.
