Box 8181, <br /> Hillsborough,NC 27278. Grantor and Grantee may hereinafter be referred to individually as a <br /> "Party" or collectively as the "Parties." <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. Grantor owns in fee simple absolute certain real property lying and being in <br /> Cheeks Township, Orange County,North Carolina, which consists of three parcels with Orange <br /> County PIN numbers 9853797619, 9854716006, and 9854815060 totaling 70.63 acres, and <br /> which is more particularly described in"Exhibit A"which is attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by reference as if fully set forth herein(the "Property"). <br /> B. Grantee is a body politic existing under Chapter 153A of the North Carolina <br /> General Statues, and is qualified to hold Easements under the applicable laws of the State of <br /> North Carolina. <br /> C. The State of North Carolina ("State")has enacted the Conservation and Historic <br /> Preservation Agreements Act, Chapter 121, Article 4 of the North Carolina General Statutes <br /> ("N.C.G.S."), which provides for the enforceability of restrictions, easements, covenants, and <br /> 1 of 17 <br />
