The interior concrete <br />slab has been observed to be heaving in several locations around the perimeter of the ice rink and adjacent ramps <br />and walkways. The scope of work is to assist Orange County in observing and investigating the subsurface factors <br />that are causing the concrete heaving in the facility. All subsurface explorations and testing shall be contracted by <br />an independent testing agency thus named ECS Southeast, LLP. This proposal is fully independent of any testing <br />agencies contract. <br /> <br />DESIGN FEES: <br />Our office recommends that Orange County allow an amount not to exceed Seven Thousand and Five Hundred <br />Dollars ($7,500.00) for current and future consulting services to be billed per the hourly rates listed below. <br /> <br />HOURLY RATES: <br />All Additional Services are to be mutually determined and agreed to in writing prior to the commencement of the <br />work. Hourly rates for the Architect and Engineers shall be provided as follows: <br /> <br />Architectural: <br />Principal $ 175/hour <br />Project Manager $ 150/hour <br />Project Architect $ 130/hour <br />Project Designer $ 110/hour <br />Administrative $ 75/hour <br /> <br />NOT INCLUDED WITHIN PROPOSED FEE: <br /> <br /> Subsurface Survey, Topographic Survey, Hazardous Materials Survey and Testing <br /> Subsurface Testing and Monitoring Services (See separate proposal by ECS Southeast, LLP) <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: D8D55CD0-DBB0-4B4E-A7CF-D813F272CB8D
