Respiratory protection will <br /> be reduced later in this project as the contaminates become less and confirmed through <br /> ESG by use of verbal communication and laser particle counts. <br /> • Placement of eight(8)phoenix guardian air scrubbers strategically placed throughout the <br /> building. The sizing of the air scrubbers in relation to the cubic footage will ensure at a <br /> minimum of four(4)to six(6) air exchanges per hour. <br /> • Framed, non-invasive decontamination chamber will be constructed at the Northeastern <br /> entrance to the facility. <br /> • Selective demolition to the up to 1 sheet of drywall from the ceiling area of the hallway, <br /> remediated, then sealed out with the use of 6-mil poly. <br /> • Removal of electronics and backpacks, transported back to Sasser Restoration for the <br /> purpose of air washing and cleaning methods. <br /> • Disposal of any items that are disposal items. Suggested disposal items follow: <br /> o Plastic plates/plastic ware/foil pans <br /> o Paper or plastic bags. Any food items packaged in paper(sugar/flour). <br /> o Open cardboard boxes. <br /> o Papers and flyers posted on the walls of the structure. <br /> o Magazines <br /> o Cloth covered chairs <br /> o Orange paper like/cloth bag in office area <br /> o Desk calendars <br /> o Mailbox system in office, each mailbox will be assessed individually. We will <br /> salvage what we can through HEPA vacuuming and air washing. Any papers <br /> thrown away will be photographed for later information retention. <br /> o Random pages on desks/sticky notes (items will be photographed and saved in the <br /> event information was needed) <br /> o Stacks of papers, it is recommended to remove and discard the top sheet. Areas <br /> where there are several folders or stacks of literature such as the Carrboro folders <br /> in the office will be cleaned/remediated individually. <br /> ■ Office papers and desktop items maybe boxed and kept on top of the <br /> respective desks. Sasser Restoration reserves the right to remediate and <br /> use the pre-existing boxes for the above. <br /> • HVAC systems inspection (subject to occur at some point during this project based upon <br /> their scheduling) (Deducted from proposal as this assessment was done by a contractor <br /> at the direction of Orange County) <br /> • Duct and system cleaning/remediation(subject to occur at some point during this project <br /> based upon their scheduling) <br /> • Heavy or detailed HEPA vacuuming of the entire structure area of the facility for the <br /> gross contaminate and spore removal. <br /> • Content remediation will be following the detailed HEPA vacuuming around to address <br /> the contents through the utilization of the HEPA sandwich as outlined in the IICRC's <br /> Phone:(336)449-1144 PO Box 10,Whitsett,NC 27377 Fax:(336)449-1151 <br /> www.SASSERCOMPANEES.com <br />
