Advanced certification is also held through the American Council for <br /> Accredited Certification as a Certified Indoor Environmentalist as well as a Certified Microbial <br /> Remediation Supervisor. These advanced certifications are preferred by the Environmental <br /> Solutions Group because they are outlined in the IICRC's S520 as further education which <br /> qualifies one as an Indoor Environmental Professional. <br /> For the breakdown of the remediation, the building will need to be separated off into the <br /> following chambers with a decontamination chamber constructed on the Northeastern entrance <br /> within the hallway: <br /> 1) Hallway and bathrooms <br /> 2) Kitchen and food bank <br /> 3) Library <br /> 4) Classroom <br /> 5) Staff office <br /> 6) Multi-purpose room <br /> Small adjoining rooms and closets will become part of whichever chamber they fall within. <br /> Phoenix Guardian HEPA equipped air scrubbers/Negative Air Machines will be placed within <br /> each chamber for the duration of the project. The sizing of the air scrubbers in relation to the <br /> cubic footage will ensure at a minimum of four(4)to six(6) air exchanges per hour. Each unit <br /> will undergo filter media changes daily,pleated filter changes weekly or sooner if situation so <br /> dictates, and HEPA filter replacement prior to the Post Remediation Verification. This project is <br /> projected to take two full work weeks for remediation with the testing being scheduled for 48- <br /> hours post remediation. Structural repairs are quoted and would start as soon as containments <br /> are deconstructed with the verification of a passed Post Remediation Verification. The repair <br /> portion of this project would be completed in less than one (1) week. <br /> Sasser Restoration is proposing the following scope of work based upon a visual inspection, in <br /> conjunction with the findings from the inspection report and sampling conducted by the <br /> Environmental Solutions Group: <br /> Proposal for Recommended Work and Proiected Order: <br /> For the following project, the preparer of the proposal will be on site for the duration of this <br /> project. Should the preparer need to be away from the jobsite for any extended period(more <br /> than 1 hour), Orange County point of contact will be made aware and a senior, mold trained <br /> technician will be on site with 24-7 phone access with the preparer of the proposal for questions. <br /> • 30-yard dumpster delivered to a protected parking lot. <br /> • Lock box will be placed at the facility. <br /> • Building will be posted with warning signs providing notice not to enter and OSHA <br /> safety signage. <br /> • An Environmental Solutions Group PRE assessment checklist will be posted and filled <br /> out as the project progresses by the proposal preparer. <br /> Phone:(336)449-1144 PO Box 10,Whitsett,NC 27377 Fax:(336)449-1151 <br /> www.SASSERCOMPANEES.com <br />
