Material Published Prior To Policy Period <br /> "Personal and advertising injury" arising out of oral, written, televised, videotaped or electronic <br /> publication of material whose first utterance, publication, or broadcast took place before the beginning <br /> of the policy period; <br /> 15.Property Damage Liability - Borrowed Equipment <br /> The following is added: <br /> "Property Damage"to borrowed equipment while at a jobsite and while not being used to perform operations. The <br /> most we will pay for"property damage"to any one borrowed equipment item under this coverage is $25,000 per <br /> occurrence. The insurance afforded under this provision is excess over any valid and collectible property insurance <br /> (including deductible)available to the insured, whether primary, excess, and contingent or on any other basis. <br /> 16.Supplementary Payments (Bail Bonds) Enhancement <br /> Sub-paragraph b.of paragraph 1. of SUPPLEMENTARY PAYMENTS—COVERAGES A And B (of SECTION 1) is <br /> replaced by the following: <br /> b. Up to $5,000 for cost of bail bonds required because of accidents or traffic law violations arising out of <br /> the use of any vehicle to which the Bodily Injury Liability Coverage applies.
