Terms are net 15 and payment is required in USD. For open <br />invoices 15 days beyond terms, any ongoing campaigns may be paused, pending payment receipt. Interest fees <br />of 1.5% will be assessed on balances over 30 days. Invoices will be delivered electronically to the appropriate <br />billing email address. <br />If for any reason outside the control or involvement of Media Two, Chapel Hill/Orange County Visitor Bureau <br />should decide to significantly delay, postpone or terminate this project, Chapel Hill/Orange County Visitor <br />Bureau will be responsible for an apportioned amount of the applicable commission for work completed up to <br />the time of termination. In addition, Media Two access to client owned platforms will remain in place no less <br />than 2 business days from the effective date of termination, in order to reconcile spend for final invoicing.
