He said the budget <br /> 13 would show the portion being funded by the ARPA dollars. <br /> 14 Commissioner Richards asked if there are separate guidelines for requesting ARPA <br /> 15 funds versus regular budget funds. <br /> 16 Travis Myren said there may be some things funded by ARPA that would not normally <br /> 17 be supported by the General Fund. <br /> 18 Commissioner Richards said these funds are designed to respond to a unique situation, <br /> 19 and she is troubled by the amount going directly to people coming out of the pandemic. <br />
