<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />III CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENT PHASE <br /> <br /> A) During the Construction Document Phase JGA will provide the following services: <br /> <br />1) Prepare Construction Documents to include detailing as required. Construction documentation <br />will be developed with the intention of bidding this project as an interior project under the <br />North Carolina “Existing Building” for a type 2 alteration. In the event structural, or civil <br />engineering (detailed site plans) drawings are required by the scope of the project or by <br />regulatory agencies JGA will solicit engineering proposals based on the scope of work. This <br />engineering work will be considered an additional service under the contract. <br />2) Plumbing, Electrical and Mechanical engineering is included with this proposal. <br /> <br />IV BID PHASE - <br /> <br /> A) During the bid phase JGA will provide the following services <br /> <br />1) Coordinate with the Owner to solicit bids for this project’ <br />2) Assist the Owner in the administration of the bid phase including: <br />a. Compiling and responding to bidders requests for information having to do with the <br />Construction Documents prepared by JGA. <br />b. Attending a mandatory pre-bid conference. <br />c. Evaluating bids and assisting the Owner in choosing a successful bidder. <br /> <br />V ADMINISTRATION OF THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT – <br /> <br /> A) During the Construction Administration phase JGA will provide the following services: <br /> <br /> 1) Site inspections and attendance at regular construction Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings. <br /> 2) Review of contractor payment requests and certification of such requests. <br /> 3) Comments on RFI’s, PCO’s and other requests from the contractor(s), <br /> 4) Advice and recommendations regarding construction issues to the Owner. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />- COMPLETED <br />COMPLETED <br />PARTIALLY COMPLETED <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 4678102C-951F-4651-87C1-F4A98A063D82
