These services <br />may be integrated with the services of others whom the Owner may engage. <br /> <br /> The Architect is: Josh Gurlitz Architecture, referred to as JGA below. <br /> The Client is: Orange County, referred to as OCNC <br /> The Occupant is: The Chapel Hill Orange County Visitors Bureau, referred to as CHOCVB <br /> <br />The project contemplated under this proposal is the interior design and fit-up of the building located at 308 West <br />Franklin Street, Chapel Hill, NC 27516 for the purposes of the Chapel Hill Orange County Visitors Bureau. <br /> <br />I DOCUMENTATION PHASE - COMPLETED <br /> <br />A) During the Documentation Phase JGA will provide the following services: <br />1) Review existing documentation of the existing building including architectural plans, elevations and <br />other documents that may be supplied by the owner and or the client. <br />2) Develop additional documentation as required for the design of interior spaces for use by the client <br />and occupant. <br />3) Note that site plans, civil engineering, electrical engineering, plumbing engineering, mechanical <br />engineering and sprinkler plans are not included in this service proposal unless specifically <br />requested by the client. <br />4) JGA will provide floor plans, a schematic site plan (based on Orange County GIS information) and <br />building elevations. Selected interior elevations will also be provided. The plans will be provided as <br />.pdf documents. <br /> <br />II PROGRAM PHASE.-COMPLETED <br /> <br /> A) During the Program phase JGA will provide the following services: <br /> <br /> 1) Review of existing conditions. <br /> 2) Development of conceptual recommendations to the CHOCVB. <br /> 3) Participate in design review by OCNC and CHOCVB. <br /> 4) Agree on a final design solution with OCNC and CHOCVB. <br /> <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 4678102C-951F-4651-87C1-F4A98A063D82
