<br />(14) Employment-related Practices
<br />To:
<br /> (a) A person arising out of any:
<br /> (i) Refusal to employ that person;
<br />(ii) Termination of that person's
<br />employment; or
<br /> (iii) Employment-related practices,
<br />policies, acts or omissions, such as
<br />coercion, demotion, evaluation,
<br />reassignment, discipline, defamation,
<br />harassment, humiliation,
<br />discrimination or malicious
<br />prosecution directed at that person;
<br />or
<br /> (b) The spouse, child, parent, brother or
<br />sister of that person as a consequence
<br />of "personal and advertising injury" to
<br />that person at whom any of the
<br />employment-related practices described
<br />in Paragraph (i), (ii) or (iii) above is
<br />directed.
<br />This exclusion applies whether the injury-
<br />causing event described in Paragraph (i),
<br />(ii) or (iii) above occurs before
<br />employment, during employment or after
<br />employment of that person.
<br />This exclusion applies whether the insured
<br />may be liable as an employer or in any
<br />other capacity, and to any obligation to
<br />share damages with or repay someone else
<br />who must pay damages because of the
<br />injury.
<br /> (15) Professional Services
<br />Arising out of the rendering of or failure to
<br />render any professional service. This
<br />includes but is not limited to:
<br /> (a) Legal, accounting or advertising
<br />services;
<br /> (b) Preparing, approving, or failing to
<br />prepare or approve, maps, shop
<br />drawings, opinions, reports, surveys,
<br />field orders, change orders or drawings
<br />or specifications;
<br /> (c) Inspection, supervision, quality control,
<br />architectural or engineering activities
<br />done by or for you on a project on which
<br />you serve as construction manager;
<br /> (d) Engineering services, including related
<br />supervisory or inspection services;
<br /> (e) Medical, surgical, dental, X-ray or
<br />nursing services treatment, advice or
<br />instruction;
<br /> (f) Any health or therapeutic service
<br />treatment, advice or instruction;
<br /> (g) Any service, treatment, advice or
<br />instruction for the purpose of
<br />appearance or skin enhancement, hair
<br />removal or replacement, or personal
<br />grooming or therapy;
<br /> (h) Any service, treatment, advice or
<br />instruction relating to physical fitness,
<br />including service, treatment, advice or
<br />instruction in connection with diet,
<br />cardiovascular fitness, bodybuilding or
<br />physical training programs;
<br />(i) Optometry or optical or hearing aid
<br />services including the prescribing,
<br />preparation, fitting, demonstration or
<br />distribution of ophthalmic lenses and
<br />similar products or hearing aid devices;
<br /> (j) Body piercing services;
<br /> (k) Services in the practice of pharmacy;
<br /> (l) Law enforcement or firefighting services;
<br />and
<br />(m) Handling, embalming, disposal, burial,
<br />cremation or disinterment of dead
<br />bodies.
<br />This exclusion applies even if the claims
<br />against any insured allege negligence or
<br />other wrongdoing in the supervision, hiring,
<br />employment, training or monitoring of
<br />others by that insured, if the offense which
<br />caused the "personal and advertising
<br />injury", involved the rendering of or failure
<br />to render any professional service.
<br /> (16) War
<br />However caused, arising, directly or
<br />indirectly, out of:
<br /> (a) War, including undeclared or civil war;
<br /> (b) Warlike action by a military force,
<br />including action in hindering or
<br />defending against an actual or expected
<br />attack, by any government, sovereign or
<br />other authority using military personnel
<br />or other agents; or
<br /> (c) Insurrection, rebellion, revolution,
<br />usurped power, or action taken by
<br />governmental authority in hindering or
<br />defending against any of these.
