This area also includes the planning, <br /> research development and program evaluation costs of the school system. <br /> 6800 System-wide Pupil Support Services <br /> Costs of activities that provide program leadership, support, and development services for <br /> system-wide pupil support activities for students in grades K-12. These areas include <br /> educational media support, student accounting support, guidance support, health support, <br /> safety and security support, and instructional technology support system-wide services. <br /> 6900 Policy, Leadership and Public Relations Services <br /> Costs of activities concerned with the overall general administration of and executive <br /> responsibility for the entire LEA. <br /> Ancillary Services (7000) <br /> Activities that are not directly related to the provision of education for pupils in a local school <br /> administrative unit. These include community services, nutrition services and adult services <br /> provided by the school system. <br /> 7100 Community Services <br /> Costs of activities which are not directly related to the provision of educational services <br /> in an LEA. These include services such as community recreation activities, civic <br /> activities, and community welfare activities provided by the LEA <br /> 7110 Child Care Services <br /> Costs of activities which are not directly related to the provision of educational services <br /> in an LEA. These include services such as activities of custody and care of children <br /> provided by the LEA. Before and After School Care would also be included here. <br /> 7200 Nutrition Services <br /> Costs of activities concerned with providing food service to students and staff in a school <br /> or LEA including the preparation and serving of regular and incidental meals, or snacks <br /> in connection with school activities. <br /> 70 <br />
