Service Agreement: <br />a) R&G will work for YOUR CVB as a consultant (not an employee) for the duration of the <br />agreement. <br />b) R&G agrees that all referral leads, and business intelligence developed for YOUR CVB are <br />proprietary to YOUR CVB. All prospect research and the details of every call will be returned to <br />YOUR CVB at the end of every project. <br /> <br />6. Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality: <br />It is understood and agreed by the parties that specific reports and other disclosures required by <br />this agreement, and any changes which may be affected thereto, are considered by both parties to <br />be sensitive. Such information will not be disclosed by either party to a third party. <br /> <br />7. Entire Agreement: <br />Each party warrants that any action necessary to approve or authorize this Agreement has taken <br />place and is in effect. The individuals signing this Agreement on behalf of each party are <br />authorized by the party to execute this Agreement on the party's behalf.
