Exhibit I <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />This Agreement is made effective as of _______ with ________ CVB and R&G Business <br />Development Solutions, LLC of 2004 Collins Rd, Collins, OH 44856. In this Agreement, the <br />party who is contracting to receive services shall be referred to as “YOUR CVB”, and the party <br />who will be providing the services shall be referred to as “R&G”. <br /> <br />1. Description of R&G Referral Lead: <br />An R&G Referral Lead is defined as a pre-qualified appointment (phone or face to face) where a <br />is an interest in bringing their event to the destination and working with YOUR CVB. Our Referral <br />Leads will provide a well-developed prospect discovery, a follow up appointment for your <br />salesperson and/or captures a developing RFP. All Referral Leads will be sent immediately to <br />Your Director of Sales to be distributed to their sales executives in the field. <br /> <br />2. Project Requirements: YOUR CVB <br /> Coordinates with R&G in creating lists of prospects from your database and other resources <br />that are a fit for you destination. <br /> <br />3. Terms: <br />YOUR CVB’S Business Development Program consists of three months at 40 hours/month for <br />$75/hour totaling $3000 per month. (120 hours for short program.) <br /> Pre-Launch: Time will be spent prepping the project for launch and this includes brand <br />message training, vetting lists, preliminary strategy meeting with sales leadership and a <br />pre-launch test of a small portion of the first list. <br /> Post Launch: R&G will provide a summary of the launch activity and results to be sent to <br />your Director of Sales. <br />Review for the purpose of a renewal of this agreement must occu r before the contract <br />ends and will be offered at the same rate ($75 per hour). <br /> <br />4. Reporting and Invoicing: <br /> R&G generated Referral Leads will be communicated within 24 hours to YOUR CVB sales <br />leadership. R&G will also provide a monthly summary report of generated leads and all <br />project activities to be sent to your Director of Sales. <br /> R&G will invoice YOUR CVB for $9,000 (120 hours at $75/hour) at the beginning of the <br />project. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: DA95DCA5-F27E-41AF-9225-FA3157EFAF89
