Page | 17 <br /> <br /> <br />Task 6: Final Plan Report <br />Develop a draft Plan that includes the following: <br />A. Executive Plan Summary <br />B. Description and assessment of existing waste reduction, recycling, and solid waste management programs, facilities, <br />policies, funding, etc. <br />C. Goals selected for the planning period. <br />D. Goals considered but not selected should be listed in an appendix <br />E. Detailed description of the integrated waste reduction, recycling, and solid waste management system selected for <br />implementation <br />F. Action plan with timetable and projected costs, benefits and projected diversion rates of plan elements. <br />G. Gather input and comments on draft Plan document from the SWAG, County and town staff, other stakeholders, the <br />public (as described). <br /> <br />Task 7: Finalize Waste Reduction and Recycling Plan in easily understandable language with identifiable action items and <br />an Executive Plan Summary. <br />Work with staff to consolidate comments and finalize the Plan and deliver 15 printed copies plus a printable PDF file to <br />County. <br /> <br />Task 8: Presentation of final Plan to SWAG and a separate presentation to the BOCC. <br /> <br />7.6 Proposal Format and Content <br />7.6.1 Submittal Requirements <br />The submittal must contain the following information: <br />A. Cover Letter and Table of Contents. Provide name and address of the Firm and project contact person with address, <br />telephone number, and email address. Also, the firm’s Federal Employer Identification Number. Acknowledge receipt <br />of any addenda if applicable. In an Executive Summary, summarize your understanding of the project scope and <br />services being required. Provide a statement indicating your ability to provide services for this project, a proposed <br />schedule for the project and the ability to meet the requirements of the proposed schedule. Indicate your acceptance <br />of the requirements of this RFP. Provide a one-page summary of the benefits you believe the County would receive <br />from selecting your Firm. <br />I. The cover letter must be signed by a duly authorized official of the Firm. Consortiums, joint ventures, or teams <br />submitting proposals must establish contractual responsibility rests solely with one company or one legal entity. <br />II. Each submittal should indicate the persons authorized to negotiate a contract and the person authorized to <br />execute a contract on behalf of the proposal team. The Firm offer must be good for 120 days. <br /> <br />B. Project Team Experience and Qualifications: <br />I.
