14 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />t. Program Fraud and False or Fraudulent Statements or Related Acts. The <br />Provider acknowledges that 31 U.S.C. Chap. 38 (Administrative Remedies for <br />False Claims and Statements) applies to the Provider’s actions pertaining to <br />this Agreement. <br />h. Entire Agreement. This Agreement represents the entire and integrated agreement between <br />the County and the Provider and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations or <br />agreements, either written or oral. This Agreement may be amended only by written <br />instrument signed by both parties. Modifications may be evidenced by facsimile signatures. <br /> <br />i. Notices.
