14 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Program Fraud and False or Fraudulent Statements or Related Acts. The Provider <br />acknowledges that 31 U.S.C. Chap. 38 (Administrative Remedies for False Claims and <br />Statements) applies to the Provider’s actions pertaining to this Agreement <br /> <br />t. Entire Agreement. This Agreement represents the entire and integrated agreement between <br />the County and the Provider and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations or <br />agreements, either written or oral. This Agreement may be amended only by written <br />instrument signed by both parties. Modifications may be evidenced by facsimile <br />signatures. <br /> <br />u. Notices.
