Please describe any ways in which low-income or marginalized communities/households were <br />engaged in the creation of this project proposal. <br /> <br />A public meeting was held on September 19, 2019 in which board members discussed and voted on <br />funding for OWASA’s solar projects. Community members were invited to comment at this meeting; <br />no comments were received. In early 2020, a letter and email were sent out to neighbors living within <br />2,000 feet of the project site informing them of the solar project and asking for feedback. In March, <br />a public information meeting was held at the Cane Creek Reservoir to hear public feedback on the <br />project. Are the impacted residents already aware of the potential positive and negative impacts of your <br />project and the steps you are taking?
