Page 9 of 21 <br /> <br /> <br />Organization: Eagle Solar and Light (ESL) <br /> <br />a) Date of Incorporation (Month/Year): 02/2016 <br /> <br />b) Applicant organization’s Purpose/Mission (no more than a few sentences): <br /> <br />ESL Mission Statement: It is our passion to expand renewable energy by developing <br />partnerships driven by trust and integrity, while meeting savings and sustainability goals. <br /> <br />c) Please provide a brief description of your organization’s past achievements in carrying out <br />similar projects and evidence of successful record of meeting proposed budgets and <br />timetables (no more than 100 words). <br /> <br />Eagle Solar and Light trailblazed their way through the process to become the first licensed <br />solar lessor in North Carolina and currently the only lessor with registered leases with NC <br />Utilities Commission. They have installed over 3MW of solar in the US, including several <br />large-scale projects locally. Leased systems that are currently in operations include: Carolina <br />Day School, St. Andrews Episcopal Church, Woods Charter School and three more scheduled <br />to come online in November (St Francis of Assisi, Union Cross Moravian Church, United <br />Unitarian Fellowship of Raleigh). <br /> <br />d) Living Wage: Does this organization pay permanent employees a minimum living wage? <br />(Yes / No) YES <br /> <br />i.
