For the purposes of this act, an impairing substance is defined <br /> as set forth in G.S. 20401. <br /> Section 2. Orange County may regulate, control, restrict, and prohibit hunting within 150 yards <br /> of any federal, state,or local government building,including those owned or leased by boards <br /> of education. <br /> • <br /> Section 3. A person violating an ordinance enacted under the authority of Sections 1 and 2 of <br /> this act is guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished as provided <br /> in G.S. 144, Violation of local ordinance misdemeanor.' <br /> After discussion of proposed ordinance modifications and enforcement of the ordinance <br /> amended, the group supported the proposed revisions.
