He will be domiciled in the Charlotte, North Carolina office. John works as an <br /> advocate for our clients to assist them in achieving the most advantageous claim settlements. He works <br /> with clients to achieve favourable coverage interpretations, provide claims advocacy, engage with the <br /> claim staff of carries, ensure prompt resolution of claims, engage with TPA's as necessary, assist in <br /> crafting special claim handling instructions, etc. John is a seasoned claim professional that combines <br /> experience, market knowledge, the use of proprietary analytical tools, etc. to control clients' total cost <br /> of risk (TCOR) and improve outcomes. <br /> John has been in the insurance industry for 39-years, most recently at Willis Towers Watson where he <br /> was the Area Manager of the Risk Control and Claim Advocacy Practice for the South Region. In <br /> addition,John also served on the Willis Towers Watson National Property Loss Team. Before beginning <br /> his career with Willis Towers Watson,John held various national and regional claim positions with GAB <br /> Robins, Crawford and Company and CJW &Associates. <br /> John holds a BSBA degree from East Carolina University and the AIC designation from the Insurance <br /> Institute of America. John is the past First Vice President for the Atlanta Claims Association and is an <br /> active member of the Southern Loss Association.
