Mike offers a wide breadth of expertise including the development, <br /> implementation, and management of property and casualty insurance and self-insurance programs. <br /> Mike understands issues for entities with complex exposures and is especially adept at building <br /> consensus among a broad array of stakeholders. He prides himself on open communication, <br /> accessibility and solution driven results. In addition to his strong technical skills in this space, Mike <br /> enjoys exceptional relationships with key underwriters around the world. <br /> Over the course of Mike's career, he has served as a Senior Vice President for two different global <br /> brokerage firms. His most recent role prior to joining Alliant was Public Entity Center of Excellence <br /> Leader— South Region for a global brokerage firm. <br /> Mike received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Finance from University of North Carolina <br /> Charlotte Belk College of Business.
