Alliant has relationships with all major TPA firms. As we have done for the Country in the past, we will lead you through the RFP process to identify suitable TPA firms, evaluate their proposals, and make a recommendation to you. 7. Proposals shall include an explanation of all the cost for which the County will be responsible, broken down by year (Year 1, Year 2 renewal, Year 3 renewal). Only fee based compensation will be considered. When determining a fee for service, our goal is to be flexible and to provide a superior level of service at a competitive price. We realize that the broker fee is a small component of your overall cost of risk. The value your broker brings is their ability to provide you with superior service, sound advice, and program design options that will minimize your ultimate total cost of risk. That is where we will bring you true value! Determining an appropriate fee for service is somewhat difficult without knowing whether we will be serving in a consultative role while only placing the environmental and cyber programs or whether we will be placing all lines of coverage. If we continue to serve in a consultative role,to include loss control and claim advocacy services, and continue to place only the environmental and cyber programs, we propose an annual fee of$45,000 for years 1, 2 and 3. Should the County elect to move their coverages from the NCACC pool, we propose an additional annual fee of $17,500 for years 1, 2 and 3 to cover additional costs associated with marketing the County's program.
