While we know the NCACC program <br /> well, we and all other brokers have no direct access to that program. We do, however, have access to <br /> over 350 markets, many of whom would offer competing quotes to the NCACC program. <br /> As previously explained, we also have numerous proprietary programs that would likely offer very <br /> competitive options to the coverages currently written by NCACC. <br /> Your proposed service team has served in an advisory capacity for the County for many years. In that <br /> capacity, we have been able to effect numerous changes to the NCACC offering that have reduced <br /> your exposure to loss and done so at no additional cost to the County. We are happy to continue to <br /> fill that role. In our fiduciary responsibility as your broker and risk management partner, we come with <br /> no predetermined goal of making wholesale changes to you program. Our promise is to provide the <br /> County with sound advice and options to ensure the County has the best combination of broad terms <br /> and conditions at the most competitive cost, whether that be continuing with the NCACC program or <br /> considering other options. Our thorough understanding of the NCACC program as well as our ability <br /> to offer other options makes us uniquely qualified to serve as you broker. Further, we promise to <br /> provide a level of service that is second to none in the industry. <br /> Your proposed service team has placed two policies (environmental and cyber) outside of the NCACC <br /> program. We have continued access to those markets as well as additional markets writing those lines <br /> of coverage.When marketing your program,we would exhaustively approach the market place, leaving <br /> no stone unturned. This effort would include approaching our exclusive programs as well as markets <br /> in the conventional market place.
