The reasons <br /> behind declinations are compiled, and from this point we are able to develop a roadmap to determine <br /> how we turn past "No's" into future "Yeses". Often times, declinations are beyond our control, such as <br /> target pricing, exposure in one particular area (such as law enforcement) being too heavy, or simply <br /> the company not having a strong appetite for county and municipal risks.
