He is a producer for <br /> 4 3 Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. working in the East region Public Entity, Education <br /> ?$ •i & Pooling Practice. Keith has 30+ years of experience in the Insurance industry. <br /> Prior to joining Alliant, he spent 11 years with PMA Management Corp. as the Sr. <br /> Regional Account Executive for the TPA division. He was responsible for TPA sales, <br /> renewals and client service. He has worked with numerous self-insured, Loss <br /> sensitive and captive clients in a variety of industries such as Public Entity, Higher Ed, K-12, Healthcare <br /> and Manufacturers, etc. Prior to that, he was the principle owner of an independent insurance agency <br /> in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. Keith also has prior experience in claims as well as other sales <br /> roles in the industry. Keith is a graduate of the University of Richmond, VA with a degree in Sports <br /> Science. He is a licensed P&C/LAH producer working towards the ARM designation. <br /> integrityF-5. Broker shall maintain the highest practices and shall make full <br /> and time disclosure to the County of any conflicts of interest or dual relationships (For example: <br /> Ownership in a TPA, Carrier, etc.). Broker shall become familiar with state statutes regarding gifts and <br /> favors for public officers . . -- <br /> Alliant provides itself with operating under the strictest ethical standards. The firm requires periodic <br /> training of all associates in ethical business practices. We also operate under a principal of full <br /> disclosure. Unlike many of our competitors, we believe it to be a potential conflict of interest to own <br /> in full or in part any interest in TPA's, wholesalers or other vendors. We promise to identify all forms <br /> of compensation earned in the placement of all lines of coverage on your behalf. <br /> We do not believe our engagement with the County creates any conflict of interest. Further, having <br /> done business with municipalities throughout the State of North Carolina for many years, we are <br /> familiar with the state's requirements regarding gifts and favors for public officials and employees and <br /> we agree to comply with the same. <br /> Transparency and Disclosures in our business dealings is inherently critical to maintaining the <br /> professional reputation we have earned over the years. As such, we have included our corporate <br /> transparency and disclosure statement at the very end of our response. <br /> workers'6. Broker shall be insured by general liability, vehicle liability, cyber liability, professional errors and <br /> omissions, and responsible for all employer taxes <br /> Brokersecurity due to the state and federal governments; Broker shall be responsible for all funds handled <br /> by Broker on behalf of the County, and shall carry a fidelity bond/crime coverage sufficient to cover <br /> any losses of this nature; permission of the County.affirm we meet these requirements and will provide the County evidence of same upon request <br /> and/or bid award.
