Because of Alliant's Cyber Liability capabilities through the Alliant Property <br /> Insurance Program (APIP), we were able to offer the State a primary Cyber Liability option <br /> with a $100,000 retention through a highly respected Cyber Liability insurer, Beazley. These <br /> favorable outcomes would not have been possible for the State of Ohio had they chosen to <br /> work with any broker other than Alliant. <br /> 4. Broker shall provide continuity of services, by assigning a primary broker and a back-up broker w-ffo— <br /> be: <br /> financingKnowledgeable in the principles and practices of enterprise risk management and <br /> specifically risk for public entities <br /> AccessibleFamiliar with the County as a risk <br /> to the County on short notice <br /> superiorThoroughly knowledgeable and competent in insurance alternatives in order to provide <br /> . <br /> Knowledgeable in loss control and claim management services and best practices. <br /> For the County, it has been determined that Mark Goode would be the ideal primary broker,with Keith <br /> Brown as the back-up broker <br /> Mark Goode, EVP& Managing Director I Primary Broker I Charlotte, NC <br /> Markjoined Alliant Insurance Services in 2021 to establish the Alliant Public Entity <br /> Education & Pooling practice for the East Region.
