Minimize production of greenhouse gases. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board: <br /> 1. Approve a Three Party Right of Way Encroachment Agreement on Primary and Secondary <br /> System between the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT), Orange <br /> County, and Orange Alamance Water System (OAWS); and <br /> 2. Authorize the County Manager to sign the Three Party Right of Way Encroachment <br /> Agreement on Primary and Secondary System upon final review by the County Attorney <br /> and upon Orange Alamance Water System's execution of the Agreement. <br />
