He said the information the <br /> 17 universities obtained will help identify when a responder is experiencing elevated heart rates <br /> 18 and may need to be pulled from a fire. He said the other study was on cancer and the effect of <br /> 19 metals and chemicals on responder health. He said the district conducted 30 different burns <br /> 20 over three weeks in the study. He said he hopes to identify protective measures they can use to <br /> 21 protect all responders. <br /> 22 Chief Cabe resumed the PowerPoint presentation: <br />
