6 <br /> 1 proposals for this extended FY2021-22 round of funding as well as the FY2022-23 round of <br /> 2 funding set to open later this year. <br /> 3 <br /> 4 The information below describes the scoring, ranking, and reasoning of the review of general <br /> 5 applications. <br /> 6 <br /> 7 The Community Climate Action grant program received seven (7) applications in this round from <br /> 8 a variety of general applicants representing non-profit and public organizations whose total <br /> 9 requests add up to more than $880,000. While staff fielded some questions from prospective <br /> 10 applicants from the private sector, no private sector applications were received. <br /> 11 <br /> 12 Grant applications were completed over the summer and reviewed and scored by the <br /> 13 Commission for the Environment (CFE) and the Human Relations Commission (HRC).
