<br /> <br />Page 12 of 12 <br />5 .0 S EC ACCEPTANCE <br />This Scheduled Engagement Contract “SEC” is governed by the terms and conditions of the Master Services <br />Agreement “MSA” between XenTegra, LLC and Orange County Government (the “Agreement”). Any conflict <br />between the Agreement and this SEC will be resolved in favor of this SEC. This Scheduled Engagement Contract, <br />upon being executed by both XenTegra and the Client, constitutes the entire contract between the parties hereto <br />with respect to price, work, material, goods, and Services specified herein.
