<br /> 6 <br />PROJECT COORDINATION <br />XenTegra will develop a project plan that details each step of the project’s execution and establishes its <br />operational framework. XenTegra’s project coordinator will use this plan to define work elements, identify <br />resources required for accomplishing the project tasks, and assign responsibility for deliverables. This schedule will <br />provide the project coordinator with a baseline for managing and controlling the project objectives and resource <br />utilization.
