<br /> 2 <br /> <br />RFA Appeals Process: <br />Any organization may appeal in writing, on organization letterhead, with the NC ESG Office by December 4, 2021. <br />The NC ESG Office then has thirty (30) days from receipt of the appeal to respond. If the applicant organization is <br />not satisfied with the proposed resolution from the State of North Carolina DHHS – DAAS ESG Office, further <br />steps in the appeal process will be provided to the applicant in writing. <br /> <br />The appeal must be in writing on your organization’s letter head, signed by the contract signing authority and <br />addressed to Mr. Joseph Breen: <br /> <br />Mr. Joseph M.
