Orange County Partnership to End Homelessness —2021 Data Update <br /> The Board reviewed updated data about homelessness in Orange County submitted to <br /> the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) earlier this year. <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> The Orange County Partnership to End Homelessness (OCPEH) was created in 2008 to <br /> coordinate funding and activities to end homelessness in Orange County. OCPEH is jointly <br /> funded by Orange County (39%) and the Towns of Carrboro (15%), Chapel Hill (41%), and <br /> Hillsborough (5%). <br /> OCPEH Manager Rachel Waltz will present the updated data and discuss how current data <br /> relate to identified gaps in the homeless service system. <br /> This item was postponed until the October 19, 2021 Business Meeting. <br /> 8.
