Counts and percentages will also be collected and evaluated <br />of the number of nurses, pharmacists, and other medical professionals and non-medical citizens <br />who,join the volunteer Medical Reserve Corps. Logs will be maintained of those who attend <br />information sessions and trainings, counts will be done based on logs, and percentages will be <br />calculated relative to the number of participants that were scheduled to attend the information <br />sessions and trainings, <br />The effectiveness of trairungs will be measured with pre- and post-tests and participant <br />evaluations, Disaster drilUexercise success will be measured based on participant feedback, <br />number of volunteers and community partners participating, and volunteer demonstration of <br />understanding ofprotocols, roles and responsibilities. Community confidence following <br />establishment of the MRC unit will be measured through use of surveys and discussions with <br />collaborative agencies, stakeholders, and citizens, <br />Program outcome will be measured based on actual disaster response through <br />documentation of the event, number and type of volunteers needed/responding, demonstration of <br />understanding of activation and deployment protocols and roles and responsibilities.
