Develop MRC activation and deployment plan in conjunction with Orange County Health <br />Director, OCHD Division Directors, Orange County Department of Emergency <br />Management, IJNC Health Care System Disaster Committee, and Orange County American <br />Red Cross by January 31, 2004. <br />• MRC activation and deployment plan will be based on the Incident Command <br />System. <br />• MRC volunteers will undergo basic Incident Command System training. <br />• Activation and Deployment plans will be developed for events with and without <br />warning to include activation triggers, alert/notification system, request from <br />agency/agencies for activation of MRC, assessment of type and kind of volunteers <br />12 <br />
