The revised map dated <br />November 26, 2001 shows a 40' Pedestrian and Emergency Vehicle Easement between lots 4 and 5, where there w <br />previously a 20' Pedestrian Access Easement. This proposed change would not affect the chain field areas as <br />delineated for lots 4 and S. <br />Improvement Permits for each lot in the proposed subdivision have been issued. As you are aware the county <br />planning and health regulafions require that each new lot should support at minimum a thee- bedroom (360 gallon <br />day) home. You will be able to determine fiom the permits Nat each site as proposed has been permitted for 600 g <br />or 5- bedrooms, with the exception of lot 1, which has been approved for a480 gpd or 4Iwdroom system.
