All meetings will be conducted with a maximum time limit of two (2) <br />hours unless extended by a majority vote of those present. Location of <br />meetings and specific times will be established by the Transportation A~iser-~y <br />Services Board. <br />2. uorum <br />A majority of the voting members of the Board then in office shall constitute a <br />quorum for the transaction of business for any meeting of the Board. <br />ARTICLE V -OFFICERS <br />1. Number and Title <br />The principal officers of the Board shall be a chairperson, vice-chairperson and <br />secretary. The office of secretary will be held by the Director of the Orange <br />County Depaztment on Aging or another appointee of the County Manager. <br />2. Election <br />The chairperson and vice-chairperson shall be elected by the Board for a term of <br />one year at its first meeting in the County fiscal yeaz or until his/her successor <br />shall be duly elected and qualified, <br />3. Vacancies <br />Any vacancy in any office elected by the Transportation Services Board TSB <br />Beard maybe filled by the Board for the unexpired portion of the term. <br />
