Of course we need make decisions <br />at the county and household levels to reduce our GHG footprint. We also need to encourage <br />Electric Utilities to decarbonize their power generation systems as soon as possible. I am well <br />versed on these issues as well. <br />Let me know if additional information would be helpful. <br />30
