Workshops are designed to <br /> support adults with tools and techniques to address their emotion <br /> well being and how to best work with students experiencing a <br /> myriad of feelings and behaviors related to the pandemic and <br /> school closure. <br /> Commissioner Richards asked how the statistics presented at the beginning of the <br /> presentation compare to pre-pandemic levels. <br /> Sherita Cobb said the statistics are concerning and are higher than at the beginning of <br /> the pandemic. She said it is important to make sure that students and parents are aware of <br /> resources, and having all available staff working together to support students and families. <br /> Commissioner Richards asked if the current levels are double pre-pandemic levels. <br /> Sherita Cobb said the numbers are not double, but well above the normal amount of <br /> referrals. <br /> 4. Racial Equity Collaboration and Support <br /> a. Orange County— Orange County Human Rights and Relations Director, Annette <br /> Moore <br /> Annette Moore made the following presentation: <br />
