Jones August 1, 2005 <br />RE: Senior Center Addition to Sportsplex page 3 <br />REIMBLTRSABLES: <br />Reimbursable expenses will be billed at direct cost on <br />the monthly statement and 'include the cost of such items as the following: <br />1. Printing and copying costs/postage/shipping for project. <br />2 Property survey required for the Site Plan Review submittal will be charged as a <br />reimbursable expense. <br />3. On Augixst 1, 2005, Jeff Thompson requested CRTs involvement with the serviceability <br />inspections of the existing equipment (fitness equipment, kitchen equipment, pool equipment <br />[not related to the pool system], etc.), as well as prioritization of maintenance budget issues, <br />We are pleased to assist in this work and propose to perform on an hourly basis, since the <br />full scope of services camlot be determined at this time. <br />Corley Redfoot Zadc's hourly rates axe as follows: <br />Principal's time: $110/hour <br />Architect's time: $ 80/hour <br />Engiteer's time: $ 95/hour <br />CADD/Drafting: $ 60/hour <br />Construction Admin,: $ 70/hour <br />Other employees at rate of 2.75 times di~ect hourly wage. <br />We will bill this work on a monthly basis, <br />SERVICES NOT INCLUDED: <br />- Design work related to existing building other than the scope outlined in Basic Services. <br />- Legal fees <br />- Geotechnical investigation <br />- Town permitting or approval process fees <br />- Renderings or models <br />- Construction Administration beyond Basic Services <br />- Interiors and funtiture selection <br />- Traffic Consultant <br />- Wetlands delineation <br />- Flood Plain mapping <br />- NCDOT permittitg <br />- Testing of materials during construction period <br />- Asbestos survey or Iead paint. removal from existing building <br />- Coordination with Construction Manager <br />- LEED certification process, or similar High-Performance Builduig certification process. <br />- Impact/Facilities/Utility fees <br />U`\\,\\` <br />~ ~ ~ CORLEY REDFOOT ZACK rt+c. <br />
